respawnhost - Technical error in a host node at an EU data center. – Incident details

Resolved: All game servers from EU Node 8 are back online. The cause was a hardware issue on the machine. We moved all affected servers to a different system, and all saves and settings were fully transferred. Because of the move, the connection address has changed. You can find the new address in the email we sent you and in the panel under "Connection". As a small compensation for the downtime and the address change, we have credited €2.50 bonus balance to every affected customer with an active server. Thank you for your patience!

We will be migrating all customer servers from node8.eu.respawnhost.com to another host-systems so that we can fix the broken host system. As a result, each customer will receive a new IP address.
